Réka Boglárka Simon
Réka Boglárka Simon (*1999) is currently studying at the University of Pécs in the Faculty of Humanities, Institute of English Studies, in the Master's program. She has been actively translating since 2016, when she won the Mihály Babits Literary Translation Scholarship, which The Magyar Alkotóművészeti Közhasznú Nonprofit issued on behalf of Hungary's Ministry of Human Capacities for young literary translators. Since then, she has completed the Translation specialization offered at her university and has enrolled in further training to become an expert translator in the humanities fields. She has published translations in various fields ("Save Stage Lighting: Revision of the Ecodesign Regulation" and "The treatment of patients who did not adequately respond to antidepressants with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) with the Nexstim device"). She hopes to become a PhD student in the future and a professional translator.
