Sonia Vandepitte is full professor at the Department of Translation, Interpreting and Communication of Ghent University and head of the English section. She teaches translation studies, grammar, writing skills, translation from and into English and transcreation into Dutch. Her research covers the translation process and international collaboration processes involving translation and peer feedback. She also directs the European Master of Translation Working Group on Translation into languages other than the L1.
